Oakview Mobile Home Park

Live Oak Mobile Home Park is in Hinesville, GA. It was built in 1982 with 37 sites. In April 2024, the city of Hinesville made a deal to develop the mobile home park into apartments and townhomes while relocating the original residents of the Georgia Homes at Live Oak Mobile Home Park to Walthourville.
